Well, that's the old "white" rule. The new rule is that since the NFL is a predominantly black-operated enterprise, Kaepernick cannot be denied employment regardless of his declining skill level. He just needs one of those Hawaiian judges to issue an injunction ordering the 49ers to take him back. :)
true, but that defines law as white rule..so maybe to preserve the mentality that anarchy is good myth the community smiles at the killings in their own families and shakes their head saying see what white did..
