I will bet that they have actually invested quite a bit of money in remedial education and useless identity majors so they can tap into the endless free no strings attatched money trough generated by free grants for the uneducable. Soon they will reap the benefits of all that free money by having gaggles of roaming uncontrollable “students” destroying their infrastructure, and scaring real students and researchers away.
