Impeachment is only an indictment. Removal requires a 2/3rds majority (67 votes)in the Senate to Convict and Remove from office.

That would still create a "crisis of confidence" to be exploited by the media and dims to effectively paralyze the Trump agenda.
In many ways this is how the dim-media coalition forced Nixon to resign. A resignation is as good as an impeachment.
