This Newsweak article is just another Russian plot ordered by Putin to make Democrats look stupid.
That is as likely to happen as any of the other scenarios.

She would outdo so many of the earlier Presidents. More corrupt than LBJ. More unlikable than Nixon. More clueless than Harding.
If Pence did become President and nominated someone as the new VP, the Democrats (if they controlled Congress) could prevent the nominee from being confirmed.

What would be the fun of being President if you were the only person alive in the country? Hillary needs thousands of underlings to cater to her every wish.
If number 1: If Trump is definitively found to have colluded directly with Russia, he would be forced to resign or be impeached.
By a majority Republican Congress and Senate. Right.
If number 2: If Trump is removed, Vice President Mike Pence would become president.
Not an "if", that's what happens in a government that obeys the law.
If number 3: If Pence becomes president, he should resign too, given that he benefited from the same help from Mother Russia.
He "should"? On what planet? However, presumably he could be impeached on the same fraudulent grounds as before. But that has to happen before he names a Vice President, and so,
If number 4: If Pence resigns before appointing a vice president, Ryan would become president.
Heaven help us all. And if he did, does anyone imagine that his Deep State bosses would allow the next?
If number 5: If Ryan becomes president, he should do the right thing and choose Clinton for vice president. Then he should resign.

I typed something to the effect of “No thanks IBD, you’ve already proven you are NeverTrumpers”. I was one of the first posts. Maybe it’s still in the archives.
Didn’t surprise me when IBD and Newsweak joined forces with Yahoo - which is little more than DU or HuffPo these days. Users seem split - pro-President Trump articles get the most positives from conservatives or middle-of-the-road. Anti-Trump (MOST of their garbage) gets the most positives from insane liberals.
Parents should be charged with “child abuse” or “child endangerment” if they send their children to Ivy League schools!
