President Donald Trump expects to nominate a total of four Supreme Court justices, claiming that three seats will likely become vacant during his first term, anonymous sources told Mike Allen of Axios.

Trump expects to fill the seats of Justices Anthony Kennedy, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and Sonia Sotomayor in addition to nominating Neil Gorsuch, who Trump nominated to fill former Justice Antonin Scalia’s seat earlier this year. Scalia died in 2016, well before Trump took office.

They first said Ginsburg would retire in 2000. If she didn’t retire when Obama was president, don’t expect it any time soon.

Sotomayor and diabetes. But, if he does not I would think Breyer would be the better bet after all he is 78 years old.

If CT steps down, he has to do it in year 3. Kennedy is going next year in T’s 2nd year. If CT decides to retire in 2019 fine, but if he waits until 2020, Mitch will have a tough time justifying confirming his replacement after what he did to save Scalia’s seat. Can’t imagine he would retire next year along with Kennedy nor can I imagine he would wait for a second DT term in case it doesn’t work out. CT is political enough to not want his seat filled by a dem.

I watched a show a couple of weeks ago about a retired firefighter that was visited by an angel back in 2008. He was given a prophesy that contained the information that Trump would win the POTUS before Trump even said he was thinking about it. I don't remember all the predictions, but one was a SCOTUS would die before Scalia died. Then he said Trump would get 5, count them FIVE, SCOTUS appointments. One died, one retired, and 3 would be removed.

So far, he right about Trump winning, about Scalia's death, and very likely Kennedy will retire. I was wondering if not recusing yourself for a conflict is impeachable. Ginsberg and another one, not sure which, was already performing gay weddings before ruling on the legality of it. Many thought that pretty much stacked the vote for gay marriage unfairly.

If a judge can't rule on a company they own stock in, how can ruling on gay marriage be legal if they already had made up their mind?

I hate her nickname. The “wise Latina.” What an insult to all the other latinas (incl my daughter)! It’s like that horrible term “white trash.” Which to me is offensive to blacks. I would never use it.

The wise latina is a beefy 63 year old diabetic, not a combination known for longevity.

"Type 1 Diabetes"

She could be having circulatory problems, which means possible loss of limbs or even vision. Even more serious if she had Juvenile onset.

Fake news.

Stopped reading here: anonymous sources told Mike Allen of Axios.

Fabricated Fake News describes 99% of the stuff posted here either running Trump or his people down while posing as news!

There is never a thread of reality nor an iota of proof to document their Fabricated News.

Any so called source/sources are never named or cited as anonymous sources!

http://www.cnn.com/2009/HEALTH/05/27/sotomayor.diabetes/

Type 1 diabetes diagnosed when she was 8 years old.

There was considerable concern by liberals at the time she was nominated that she wouldn’t last long on the court.

People keep posting Axios articles here (one person especially) and I can’t figure it out, and they think Axios is reliable.

Fake News.
