They should have refugees report to the agency to be told their status. If they are refused, they should be escorted out the door and onto a plane

Why are people who broke the law to enter expected to obey the law when asked to leave ?

Take them off the incoming plane/boat/train, around the corner to the departure gate/dock/terminal, make sure they are all aboard, locked in, and send their asses back home, with no possibility of return. After confirmation of repatriation, should their names appear on any subsequent arrest warrant, they will be captured and executed within 30 days. Period.
