I must have missed that.
He did not. Nor did he claim that Hussein was born in Kenya. Hussein made that claim several times.
I think Trump said some thing early in campaign about some illegals were rapists (which is a fact from crime stats) and they are not the best of Mexico and S America that have been coming.
