Seems I read somewhere that less than 10 percent of the money donated to the Clinton Foundation actually goes to charity. That foundation is a scam to make the Clintons rich!

Overhead these days is very expensive with foreign trips and the finest of cigars. I am surprised there is 10% remaining for charities.
