Oh yeah, as if they can’t come up with “another” $250K to do the right thing.
Money is fungible, unless you’re the Clintons and oops, spent it on “projects”.

.Foundation already spent the money on its programs,...............

So often these “programs”are discussion groups that meet at five star hotels with all expenses paid. They don’t actually do anything that directly helps needy people. They just “raise awareness” and study HOW to help.

It’s time to end all of the tax exemptions for foundations. Donate to them, or not, but without any special taxpayer benefits.
