Soros had to pay for the study because those ARE NOT his values or the values of the people around him. Soros's "values" include things like 'might makes right' and 'if you can buy your way out of something unethical it's the same as being 'ethical'...

Not that they agree with us - but because Soros and democrats need to take back control of Congress and the Presidency.
