Reminds me of a cartoon I saw in Playboy many decades ago. An obviously drunk man is standing in his doorway at about four in the morning while his angry wife glares at him, holding a rolling-pin at the ready.

"I can explain the lipstick on my collar," the man declares. "I used my shirt to wipe my p3cker!"

LOL, what a funny off color joke. I’m sure Bill Clinton could appreciate it, considering his consorting with Monica.

I wonder if Hillary would laugh it up at such a joke......
