A Texas girls priceless reaction to a birthday gift sent by her deployed father went viral this week in a heartwarming video.
David Villegas of San Antonio, Texas, sent his daughter, Ellianna, a teddy bear dressed as a soldier for her birthday to remember him while he was away in Fort Jackson, SC, for training, KSAT reported.

An, of course, everyone knows the origin of the TEDDY BEAR, right? If not I will post in this thread.
When Daddy came home from WWII he had four kids already. My Sisters would have been 8 and 6.
My oldest Sister still remembers it well. He was muddy because the taxi got stuck in the mud and he had to help push it out.
He also had two large Teddy Bears. They still have them.
I love some of the videos on youtube showing a Dad unexpectedly appearing at the kid's school,for example.In one the little girl just ran up to Daddy (who was in his fatigues) and started weeping quietly.I wish I had saved the URL.
