As conservatives, we have to fight the culture of selfishness and narcissistic attention seeking behind this kind of behavior.
These liberal parents are outraged, just shocked and distressed, that anybody is going to tell them there are rules and dress codes to he followed.
By God, they feel they are liberal, and special, and no clergy or church officials are going to tell her what to do!!
That’s their horse blank attitude. Anyone disagree? Anyone here think that they should make an exception and allow their daughter to dress like a boy, reject rules and social norms on what should be a solemn occasion???
God bless this good priest for trying his best to set these parents straight. Some day these idiot parents may find out the hard way that Father was right!
