U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday urged Democrats to make a healthcare deal after cutting off Obamacare subsidies to health insurance companies for low-income patients in a forceful move that sparked threats of legal action and concern of chaos in insurance markets.
The decision is the most dramatic action Trump has taken yet to weaken the Affordable Care Act, President Barack Obama’s signature healthcare law, which extended insurance to 20 million Americans.
The move drew swift condemnation from Democrats and threats from state attorneys general in New York and California to file lawsuits. Trump, a Republican, urged opponents to reach out to him.
For Kathryn Haydon and her husband, who bought insurance under the law’s marketplace three years ago as struggling college students in Arkansas, the subsidies reduced the cost of their $310 plan by about $250, leaving them to pay $60 each month.
“If the subsidy was not there, we would have gone without health insurance,” she said. “Our finances were extremely tight at the time for us... we would have just hoped there were no catastrophes.”

I believe our Public Employees deserve the Best Health Care America has to offer, and that is the Official Government Health Care Plan, Obamacare. So why don’t you quit pussyfooting around and Proudly Proclaim your desire to see that ALL Federal Employees receive the Finest, Most Affordable Health Care the US has to offer, OBAMACARE.
All the Money currently wasted on these inferior high priced cadillac plans can be diverted to the Wall.
There is ONLY ONE WAY to make it happen:
Executive Orders or Legislation, the chance of CONgress doing it are the same as OJ Confessing, so I am choosing Executive Orders.
1. All waivers to the Affordable Care act are hereby repealed.
2. There shall be NO funds drawn from the treasury to pay for Health Insurance for ANY Federal Employee except Members of the Armed Services.
3. ALL Federal Employees except members of the US Armed Services, SHALL purchase their own personal and Family Health Insurance from the Affordable Care Exchange in the state they legally reside.
4. There shall be NO Medicaid Reimbursement funds allocated to any State that does not have 100% of their Public Employees enrolled in the Affordable Care Act.
And to make sure it is Bipartisan, President Trump should VETO it every Time and FORCE them to Override his Veto to Repeal this Monstrosity.
Sign these 4 orders and it will be FULLY REPEALED in Less than 30 days.

Only to point this out....the state with the highest welfare situation is California. Of the states hit the hardest, I think Cal would be ranked number one. Probably a million folks in California now yanking on the Democratic Senators and House members....begging for relief and they will do nothing.

Health insurance does not equal health care. Anyone can go to any hospital emergency room and get health care because that is the law. You may wait hours for it because every illegal alien knows they can get “free” care there, but no one will dying in the streets except homeless drug users and Blacks who shoot each other for entertainment.
I’m against Gubbermint subsidized pet insurance.
The federal courts ruled that these subsidies are illegal and unconstitutional. Trump is ending an illegal practice instituted by Obama. Congress needs to approve such subsidies.
If memory serves, 1/3 of all welfare is paid in California. Generous benefits, lotsa illegals, many different handouts.
Best way to repeal Obamacare is to force Congress, the Executive and Judicial branches, and all federal employees to join. Staff included. No exceptions, effectively immediately.
