A man accused of killing a South Carolina high school student had been protected from deportation under the DACA program, U.S. officials confirmed to Fox News Thursday evening.
Daniel De Jesus Rangel-Sherrer, 19, is accused of murder, kidnapping and possession of a weapon during a violent crime in connection with the death of 18-year-old Diana Martinez-Gonzalez.
Martinez-Gonzalez, a junior at Greenville High School, was found dead in a wooded area Oct. 4. Officials said she had been forced into the woods and shot multiple times in the head.

Yes, it the illegal DACA program should have been ended day one as promised.
It was always illegal and remains so.
No new laws should be passed to benefit illegal aliens,
regardless of when or how they arrived.
We must restore the rule of law.
Illegal aliens need to be removed BEFORE they harm or kill Americans.

Trump and Obama had no authority to even have a DACA or extend it.
Certain ones will never get back on the side of the citizens and the rule of law, they must be removed from office.
Lindsay Graham has stated that he will keep working for amnesty for illegal aliens (and their employers) until he is removed from office.
We MUST oblige them.
Corker, Hatch, Heller, Flake, Graham, Alexander, Hoeven, Murkowsky, McCain and Rubio all MUST be removed from office.
Corker is quitting, Flake is probably going to be Cantorized, McCain will be dead soon.

Interesting point, but, who cares about the constitution these days?
We had a woman in Texas that was DACA, run over a homeless man on the way home from a bar at 2-3Am. The man went through the windshield of her BMW and stuck their for the 30 odd minute trip home. His leg was severed, but remained wedged on her trunk lid so if he had lived, they could sew it back on. Several people saw her driving with the body stuck in the windshield, but she wouldn’t stop. She rounded the corner to her home and parked in front to go in and go to sleep. The body was waist deep in the cabin of the Beamer. There it stayed until a neighbor called the cops to wake her up to ask how a body got stuck in her windshield.
Perhaps should get a list of all these nice people and send to the President, one is to many
