Trump Voters Hate The NFL More Than Clinton Voters Hate Fox News

A New York Times analysis Wednesday of daily polling shows that Donald Trump voters view the National Football League more unfavorably than Hillary Clinton voters feel about Fox News.

The NFL has a negative 24 percent net favorability among Trump voters, while Fox News has a negative 14 percent net favorability among Clinton voters, according to the Times report.

The report comes as President Donald Trump wages battle against NFL players who kneel during the national anthem in protest. “Sports fans should never condone players that do not stand proud for their National Anthem or their Country,” Trump tweeted. “NFL should change policy!”

The polling analysis found that The New York Times, which Trump frequently calls “failing” and “fake news,” has a net favorability of negative 25 percent, just one percent lower than the NFL.

NFL ratings have been dropping throughout the season, and commissioner Roger Goodell wrote in a memo Tuesday, “The current dispute over the national anthem is threatening to erode the unifying power of our game, and is now dividing us, and our players, from many fans across the country.”

“Like many of our fans, we believe that everyone should stand for the national anthem,” Goodell added.

An NFL.com report Wednesday cited a league spokesman who said the NFL does not plan on making standing during the anthem mandatory

NFL owners are meeting next week to discuss the issue.

Trump voters are so numerous that they overturned a fraudulent election. One that was so stacked in favor of the master criminal Hillary Clinton that no leftist could feasibly conceive of her defeat. Yet she lost. It was SO unexpected given the amount of planned and perpetrated fraud, that she went completely insane after losing, having only recently regained enough sense not to drool all over herself while cursing the nation for failing her.

So given the extent of President Trump's support, I'd say the NFL is pretty well screwed. They already messed up our fantasy pool by destroying the first few weeks and causing most of the guys to drop out. I'm done with them.

Most of the top political polls that got the 2016 presidential race dead wrong are continuing to use a flawed methodology in rating President Trump's approval ratings that favors Democrats, women and younger voters, according to a new analysis.

The report shows that the mainstream polls oversample an average of 29 percent more Democrats than Republicans and the results skew anti-Trump. The result is that it robs Trump of about 8 points in his approval ratings, from 46 percent to 38 percent, it said.

How to interpret that?

Is it on a scale from -100 to 100?

In that case, yes, the NFL is more unpopular among Trump voters.

Or are we talking about the percentage that views something favorably?

If it's that, then Clinton voters hate Fox News more than Trump voters hate the NFL, and only 14% of Clintonites dig FNC, but 24% of Trumpites like the NFL.

So I'm asking maybe not "Is this fake news?" but maybe "Does this guy really know what he's talking about?" and "What is he talking about?"

Not all Trump voters. I haven't watched any NFL in the 21st Century. That frees up much time for fun stuff.

I sort of pity people who still need the NFL. It's a colossal waste of time. As I understand the news, the players have been trying to reinforce that over the last year or two.

If true look at the reasons why it might be. Trump voters don’t like the NFL because it, its owners and players are disrespecting the country, its flag and its military. Clinton voters hate FOX news because FOX was the only news organization that told the truth and wasn’t in the bag for Clinton. I.E., they despise the truth.
