Yeah he thought an explosion and.a giant Fireball would cause enough confusion and Chaos for him to slip away.

That would have pretty much been impossible, but then again something tells me he wasn’t in his right mind. Sounds like some manic diabolic plan. Boy did it fail.
It’s horrible 58 people were killed, but imagine if what he really planned actually happened?!

I doubt a tracer round would explode a cold tank of kerosene. He would have done more damage firing at a SUV gas tank.
