...at risk of getting sacked by millions of fans across the country.

Ed, that already happened. Worse news for the NFL: there's no sign of departed fans coming back.

FAKE NEWS - Trump didn’t demand anything; profanely, or otherwise.

I would say the latest debacle was only the straw that broke the camel’s back, so to speak.

My viewing over the years has gone down dramatically over the years, and this was the last straw. I’m sure I’m not the only one.

I STILL can’t believe Aaron Rodgers not only went along with the nonsense, but requested the fans to participate!

Never in a million years did I think I would throw away my #12 jersey and cheesehead hat. But I do use my Packers’ fleece blanket for visitors to wipe their feet on.

Now obviously, millions of Americans are very much in favor of these demonstrations, which were originally intended to raise awareness of racial inequality, particularly with regard to minorities' treatment by law enforcement.

So how come they made no effort to call out the Democrat party, who runs the cities where all of this is happening?

Edward Morrissey tries to tiptoe around the issue.

He tries to justify their actions by validating their protests. There is NO justification for their protests. All the supposed reasons the players give are lies.

The fans that remain are now (and for the entire month of Oct.) being treated to players wearing pink on their uniforms to ostensibly support "Breast Cancer Awareness Month." ...where the NFL makes a killing on selling pink merchandise. Even pink pussy hats.

And if those same fans can make it through Oct. and into Nov. without barfing all over their TVs, they could very well be treated to "Social Justice Awareness Month."

For years fans have ponied up big bucks for tickets, parking and concessions to keep these gold plated, diamond encrusted “gladiators” happy. This is the final straw for decades of disrespect to the fan base.

Problem is, now we know how they really feel. No more NFL.

Whole thing is such a racket. Anything for testicular cancer? Lung cancer? Lymphatic cancer? Nope, it’s gotta be cherry-picked for something that only affects women. Shower them with money and attention while telling us that they’re getting screwed. Gee, why has the NFL been declining for the last 5 years?

Trump's profane demand...

What a crock. Trump knows what the NFL signing agreement requires. Kneeling violates that agreement.

All the BLM and other narratives are false comminist agitprop. We are sick of it. It's become anti-capitalist, anti-white, anti-Christian culture war invective.

The NFL can kiss my ass.

I'll never watch another NFL game the rest of my life.

Pampered POS multimillionaires. Isn't the NFL 75-80% Black?

Some actions, once taken, cannot be walked back.

The NFL players association is caught in a snare of their own making. They have had two weeks to reverse course and disavow any “empathy” with Colin Kaepernick, and still they misread the temper of the fan base all wrong.

...raise awareness of racial inequality...

Is there anyone on the planet who still needs to be made aware that people think there's racial inequality?
