The NYT wanted to get out in front of this story now rather than next year’s election season. But you may be assured that they are holding on to the juicy stories about Republicans and conservatives.
Or, as someone else said this morning, they want to freeze the Vegas narrative at this point so that we’ll never know why he did it.
