Skip the NFL entirely for two weekends in a row and you’ll look back and wonder why you ever wasted so many hours of your life on useless bullish!t.
I’ve never been a person to stare at a full NFL game, unless it was the Patriots playing at their full potential. Now, I don’t even turn it on as background noise.
True that. Life's too short. I was an NFL fan from 1969 until this season. I shudder to think all I could have accomplished if I had not wasted all those hours watching or otherwise obsessing over the NFL.
So true. I have always preferred college football, but since tuning out the NFL, I have only been reminded how much better it is. Exciting games with players who love the sport, giving their all. Magical!

Spot on. Fortunately I realized this about 50 years ago.

Well and truly said. Actually I figured this out about 20 years ago when the end zone hotdogging triggered me to turn off the TV and take my dog for a walk.
