Hillary Clinton called for the U.S. to declare a "new doctrine" against cyberwarfare after Russia's attempts to meddle in the 2016 election and elsewhere.

During a wide-ranging keynote speech at Stanford University on Friday, Clinton said cyberattacks on vital infrastructure should be considered an act of war.

She largely couched this point on reports of Russians using cyber tactics to sway people's opinions during the 2016 campaign, including on social networks like Facebook and Twitter, as well as efforts to breach voting machines. Clinton said the Russians engaged in information warfare."

Russian interference, along with possible collusion between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin, is being investigated by special counsel Robert Mueller and a number of congressional panels.

The Russians did not cause millions of people to reject you as President, you did.

Duh, Hillary. Coddling with Russians only to be betrayed and backstabbed with your reset buttons should be an act of war, but one which you never intended to pursue just as you never intended on pursuing jihadists undermining women rights.

Give me a break. This woman is stupid. No, all she is doing is posturing as a know nothing victim. She is not posturing for security but for her political gain.

Cyberattacks should be an act of war,

How about bombing a country, Hillary? Should that be an act of war?

If so, why didn't you get approval from Congress before your act of war in Libya which left that country in ruins and a jihadi playground?

My new doctrine (speaking from a 30 year career working with TS/S/SCI informaion):

Storing classified US information outside proper channels should be grounds for an immediate trip to federal prison (or hangman's noose).

If I pulled even a fraction of the nonsense Hillary and her cohorts did with US classified information, I would have immediately lost my clearances, would in all likelihood lost my job (which required the clearances), and quite likely would have seen prison time and/or a hefty fine. F this bitch.

In my view she should be wary of that position - given her history of cyber-treason.

"I am an American fighting man. I serve in the forces guarding our country and our way of life.
I am prepared to give my life in their defense."

So, if it’s an act of war, a cyberattack would then trigger:

A red line drawn?

A series of negotiations to end it like civilized whatevers?

A mutual expulsion of diplomats?

Actual warfare, lasertag?

Global thermonuclear war?

Wow, this wench — she just keeps everybody guessing!

EPU,

I love how you post this gif of Hillary on every Hillary thread. Just love it and reminds us of what a bullet we dodged.

“Information warfare.” LOL. This sounds like something out of a Peter Sellers “Pink Panther” movie.

Hillary used our embassay to take out (kill) the head of state in the host country (Libya). That’s not only an act of war, it is a war crime to torture abuse and murder a POW.

She laughed about it and bragged.

You can’t fight a cyberwar unless you lock up people who abuse our national security protocols.
