They’re going to try to cover this up fast. I have a feeling this guy was an FBI operative selling guns in lieu of a bust. That’s the only reason why he rented two rooms - the suite for the buyers and the adjoining room for himself. There’s no reason for him to have 20+ guns up there unless he was selling them. The buyers caught wind, killed him, shot up the concert, and scrambled out the back when the police locked down the strip. The police had so much mayhem to deal with, it took them forever to get to the room. 25 seconds down a elevator and boom, gone. This probably is the FBI’s fault.That is the first plausible theory I've read.
