There can be no truce with those who oppose an unalienable right!

Who are “they” and by what means are all the guns to be picked up?

Not being snarky; during the campaign last year I googled every scenario I could think of for national confiscation of firearms.

Presidential EO, rammed-through legislation, Posse Commitatus overridden, Federalization of all LEO’s, call out the National Guard & police to go door-to-door, IRS persecution of anyone whose name is on a 4473, 1-800-SNITCH hotlines, etc.

Guess what? This isn’t Australia. There are too many checks & balances and protectors of their own turf for any systematic confiscation program. And 400 million estimated number of firearms in private hands doesn’t make it any easier.

If Bammie Kenyatta couldn’t make it happen with complete control of Congress 2009-2010, it’s not going to happen now. Liberals who said the victims deserved death for being Trump supporters are being let go. It’s not Hillary’s world any more. And she made a d@mn fool of herself today, too.

It really is the darnedest thing. I’ve pointed out to liberals that criminals will not disarm because Congress passes a gun law, and they just keep going like I haven’t said a word.

I honestly don’t know whether that simple observation is too deep for them to process, or whether they’re just so emotionally wedded to their cockamamie outlook on society, that they flat out reject it.

Well, this incident is a good case in point for the next time you have this conversation.

They are instructed in college not to discuss their views with people on the right. Their thinking is that anything said by the right would be propaganda, so they shouldn’t listen.

Of course, this was told to them to inoculate them from hearing truth that would destroy what they’ve been told.

You may be running into people like this.

Do liberals have a knee jerk reaction to never blaming the perpetrator? A 64 year old man decides to kill 54 people and the first reaction from the left is “guns did it”? Do we blame the rapist or the skirt the victim was wearing? Recalling Columbine, the press and the left just couldn’t form the words “evil” in reference to the 2 upper middle class assailants. They were not crazy, and guns didn’t make them do it. They were two evil kids.

If you come to take my guns, Adam, I’m just going to take a knee. Maybe both of them.

They’ll have to take the ammo first........

That can be arranged.

Something like that, I think. Their knee jerk reaction is to gain political advantage by any means necessary. If the shooter were a neo-Nazi Trump supporter wearing an NRA hat, that's what we'd be hearing about. He isn't, so their next option is to turn on a dime and make it a gun control issue. It's so scripted they don't even have to think about it anymore. And the more it looks like the shooter might actually be a leftwing kook as so many are these days, the closer they'll cling to the gun control issue even if just for cover, but mostly to glean what political advantage they can. And despite the alligator tears, they don't give a crap about the victims and gloat that they might be disproportionately Trump voters even if they aren't. They care about the politics, period. Utterly disgusting.

Watching this thing unfold all day with a totalling changing narrative and no real motivation begs suspicion.
