Does it matter? Bondi tried to convict George Zimmerman before the jury was even selected. She does what she likes. (Not an OJ fan, just not a Bondi fan either. She looked deranged when she was attacking Zimmerman pretrial. Why it was okay for her but not okay for Nifong idk.)
I don’t really know but the state of NV is paroling him and if the state of FL doesn’t want to be responsible for that parole I think maybe so, I hope so anyway. :-)
I watched the parole hearing & saw O J lie to everyone. He has gotten away with conning people his whole life.
I am pretty sure that wherever he wishes to go, THAT STATE’S PROBATION & PAROLE dept has to agree to accept him & deal with his arrogance, etc. O J seeks the spotlight & attention & he will be holding slow speed Bronco chases until he dies, just to get the attention & to prove that he can give society the finger.
I am pretty sure that Nevada - where I am- is setting him up with pretty stringent rules he has to obey & live by & that could be a nightmare for what ever state agrees to take him. O J could suck up alot of the Parole/Probation resources of any location. I think there will be a long list of “Thou Shall Not’s” , and then passing that list along with O J to another state could be problematical. Would not surprise me if he ends up stuck here in Nevada, where IF he misbehaves, they will happily put him back into prison. O J isn’t particularly liked here in Nevada. Most of us are sure he killed Nicole & Ron.
I am betting he violates parole rules within a year & is back in the slammer In Lovelock....which is a very small town on I-80 north east of Reno.
