Professional athletes are an anomaly. They do not survive on what they know, but that they have the physical differences to be trained to a task.
In 2015, and according to Time Magazine, seventy-four college underclassmen had been declared eligible for the NFL’s upcoming draft, but Ohio State’s quarterback Cardale Jones wasn’t among them. A few days after winning the national championship game in January, Jones shocked fans and football analysts by saying he wasn’t ready to go pro, that it was important for him to graduate from college first. What made the announcement all the more surprising, beyond the fact that Jones may never again be as desirable an NFL prospect as he is the year he won a national championship, was that his previous claim to fame was a notorious tweet posted in 2013 in which he complained about the “college” part of being a college football player. He wrote that he’d gone to Ohio State to play football, not “to play school,” and that classes were pointless. He has regretted that move since and has taken a job working at the university he shunned trying to help student athletes and their mind set.
So I see no reason for an athlete, whose profession has nothing to do with running a business, especially one as big as a country, with no background and no briefing on current situations and understanding the requirements to be hired as president, to have any idea what he is talking about. And with his past failures at diplomacy on how to treat his “people” in Ohio, he sure doesn’t indicate to me a real possibility of weighing thought. So about anything he says on politics and many other areas that require knowledge, info, and require thought, are beyond his capacity. He’s gotten everything he has from a physical diffetrence, not from the intelligence side or even common sense judging by the way he has treated the people of Ohio bailing out on them now twice. And he calls them unintelligent. You can see the splinter in someone else’s eye but not the log in your own.
