Baseball has made itself unwatcheable, by refusing to deal with delaying tactics, which serve no reasonable purpose; why, for instance, must a batter step out of the box after every pitch to readjust his batting gloves? Why must a pitcher stare at the catcher for fifteen seconds to decide a type of pitch? Why should relief pitchers get to warm up on the mound after doing so in the bullpen? Just some of the stupid nonsense MLB has allowed to get out of hand...

Baseball has a different cadence than the clock sports. My big beef is the constant changing of pitchers. It wasn't so long ago that a starting pitcher stayed in until he was no longer effective, they didn't pull him just because he threw 87.4 pitches or whatever.
A clock would ruin the game. Maybe a limit on certain actions, like how many times a player can leave the batter's box.
I'd like to shrink the roster to 23 players, to cut down on the substitutions.

Baseball is a cerebral game at many levels. I appreciate the pace. How to pitch to a certain hitter in a certain situation takes some strategy. And a hitter is, to an extent, also trying to anticipate what pitch is coming. I like to try and predict the pitch and location when watching a game. As a batter it does take a level of focus to step into the batters box.
