He doesn’t get a full pension. A Fox article back in 2011 said he could start drawing on his conngressional retirement once he hits age 56. If he waits until 62, he is eligble for $37K a year.
Does this mean hummus’s nanny will be taking care of their son full time?

Although Weiner is a sleazeball who richly deserved his epic downfall, the nation actually owes him a small debt of gratitude for his (laptop’s - computer, not actual lap) bit part in the defeat of Hillary Clinton.
He still walked out of the courtroom a free man. I haven't been able to find a single article anywhere that states when/if he'll ever have to report to anywhere to do any time.
Wishing otherwise won't make it so.

They should take him away now. He’s had enough time, actually got the sentencing delayed once already.
He got a stiff sentence. ;)
Usually when a convict is sentenced, they slap the cuffs on right in the courtroom and take you down to the jailhouse for processing.
If that didn't happen today - then that's just not right. Once again, he is getting special treatment.
The Weiner is going to be some big bubba’s bi$ch in prison.
If this creep has to report for sentencing at a later date, I hope he flips to the Feds, tells all about Hillary, then jumps in the East River with a lead weight.
He gets to surrender to the designated facility by no later than Nov. 6. That means he gets until nearly then to get his affairs in order. He also gets to walk in the door of the facility, instead of being prep walked in wearing cuffs.
