“Church affiliation does not determine ones place in heaven nor hell.”
That is a true statement, but when you follow a church’s rules that are from the pits of Hell then that will indeed condemn you.
I think for most catholics their belief’s about who their Pope , priests, cardinals etc....(leadership)..represents is the stronghold on them. ..for most it begins from infancy onward.
