After what Goodell pulled by not letting the Dallas Cowboys honor the fallen Dallas police officers, I lost all respect for the NFL myself. Based on falling TV ratings and attendance, lots of other folks feel the way I do.
Goodell should keep his job and keep talking. The NFL deserves what they are likely to get. And it’s not respect.

That, and the halftime show for the 50th super bowl. I was expecting something like a football-centric retrospective of the NFL, maybe having coaches & players from the past attending, being honored and so forth. But what we got instead was some nutty black power show honoring bank robbing, murdering, racist domestic terrorist SOBs of the past. Message from the NFL received, loud & clear over here.
