Javanka/Tillerson/Mattis/Sessions lip sync-ing Obama. How many Americans dead are acceptable before we consider a counterstrike? Four million? Five million? Do we want the world's condemnation for wiping NK off the map? Oh no! Oh no! So we have to let them hit us first. Sorry folks. Our lawyers know best.
