Given that this is not new information, it's interesting that it's being pushed. Not all propaganda is lies. This reads as if some governments have decided it's time to whip up the hatred for fat little Um in preparation for an invasion, strike, or some other action that would be seen as more acceptable if western citizens were fired up against him emotionally.
So I read this as ... fat boys days may be numbered.
