Coulter is one of the reasons I concluded that “pundits” are intellectual whores, saying whatever is necessary to please an audience. There really is no principle there. It’s notable in the way they turn a phrase when interviewed on, say, Fox Business vs MSNBC — cleverly slanted to please the audience.

Here’s a principle, Ann: Trump is not an ideologue and Trump is patient. Work outward from there.

You have it exactly right. Maybe more FReepers will pay attention when multiple voices are telling the same story.

Ann Coulter is no ones ideological icon. She is a business, a brand, and she is motivated by one thing: the P&L statement. Everything she and other pundits say and do is geared to accomplish one goal: maximizing their income. Stop listening to the content of her statements and whenever she opens her mouth just substitute phrases like “buy my book” or “hire me to appear on TV” and you will have perfect translation of what she is really saying.
