I'm not sure that that would matter much...at least in connection with the point I made in my first post.I think the person/company serving the alcohol is,in some states at least,responsible for "monitoring" (my word) the customer. Here in Virginia it is not just monitoring. There are large fines and jail time for serving alcohol or retail sales of alcohol to someone who is inebriated.

On the GOOD side (for the world, not necessarily the alcohol business) I have never had another drink.Fantastic, FRiend! Congratulations. :)
I'm sure the alcohol business will do just fine. LOL! A legal tranquilizer. Except it can create rage and anger. They should have legalized morphine or some other calming drug, instead of alcohol.
I wonder what it is that alcohol affects people in that way? Why not legalize valium and sell it over the counter? It probably would reduce domestic abuse, killings, etc. As the kids say today, they would just "chill." ;)
