Joe Kennedy may not be running for president, but he sure talks
like he is. The 37-year-old (Oct. 4), red-headed congressman from Brookline, heir apparent to the thinning Kennedy political dynasty, is quickly emerging as a player in a Democrat Party bereft of leaders.
He recently gave a rip-roaring speech in Texas that tore into President Donald Trump and had Texas Democrats clamoring for more.
President Trump, the young congressman said, was nothing more than an amateur executive with a thick ego and a thin skin.
The country is facing perilous times, Kennedy, in highly charged rhetoric, said

It’ll be interesting to see how thin Congressman Kennedy’s skin is.

I guess he thinks a professional politician would be a better choice. I believe that was how Mr. Trump was elected.

A couple of years ago I attended the court hearing in Connecticut in which Skakel was seeking a new trial.I was there when he testified under oath.In his testimony he blamed "two black guys" (I sear to God!),he blamed the live in tutor they had and he even blamed his own brother (again,I swear to God!).And to add to the farce he called upon his heroin addict cousin.Bobby Jr,as a character witness at his sentencing.
Dead girls,dead women,diddled underage girls,raped women,a dead actress,heroin...THAT is the Kennedy legacy.

an amateur executive with a thick ego and a thin skin. I get to NYC (Manhattan to be exact) on a fairly regular basis. When I go I almost always spend time in Central Park...a truly amazing place.I get off the subway at Columbus Circle which is at the southwest corner of the Park.Right there,as you leave the station,is a huge multi story skyscraper (50+ stories?) with the name "Trump" at the front entrance.
Not bad for an "amateur"!

Will we ever be free of the Kennedy's? RFK's son Chris is running for governor of Illinois. The Kennedy clan -- the gift that keeps on giving.

He’s thirty-seven and looks seventeen, and has done nothing in his life except go to school and dink around in politics. Yep, sounds like presidential timber to me.

I recall when Ted K ran for the presidential nomination against sitting president Jimmah Cahtah. Ted was in Iowa, at a gathering of farmers at a grain elevator on a rail siding.
Ted looked out at the rails and asked, “How's the service out here on the Wabash ?” —As if to confirm local farmers would benefit from hearings Ted would hold on the subject back in Washington.
Trouble was, the farmers couldn't figure out who Ted was talking about. It had been more than 100 years since the Wabash served Iowa and had gone out of business decades earlier...

Since so many IL governors go to prison at the end of their terms, I could live with a Kennedy as governor. Then again, I don’t live in IL.

RFK's son Chris is running for governor of Illinois. The Kennedy clan -- the gift that keeps on giving. It just goes to show the relative IQ level of the average Kennedy...or the lack of conscience. Any decent, reasonable person with that lineage would be ashamed to run for public office.

“Will we ever be free of the Kennedy’s?”
Probably not. They are like herpes, you never get rid of it.
