I would believe he is working quietly behind the scenes, IF the DoJ were suddenly complying with outstanding FOIA requests, but they seem to still be obstructing and stalling. A directive should have been implemented on day 1 demanding cooperation with respect to these many obama-era obstructions. Yet the delays continue.

If I saw anything that made me believe he was on the job I'd give the guy a break, but from my seat, if you're not helping Trump you are trying to harm him. Sessions to me falls in the latter camp.
