Could we teleport the 1968 Chicago Police Department to St. Louis? The rioters would be crying to get their regular officers back in about 3 seconds.

Some protesters complained that police were unnecessarily aggressive Oh, boo frickin' hoo. I'm complaining that they weren't aggressive enough.

So, the St Louis cops, snow flaked the BLMers, with this chant, “Whose streets, our streets!

I love it.
The protestors like to chant “death to the cops”.
“Whose streets, our streets” (another protester chant) is just fine.

I wonder if that's the same photographer who got arrested for participating in the riot.

St. Louis officers chant whose streets, our streets while arresting protesters
I just love it when a good plan comes together.
It could not have happened to a nicer bunch of guys if u catch my drift here.
To: rightwingintelligentsia
I don’t really care...
That is what the ‘protesters’ were probably saying first, and I am hoping they learned a lesson.

a St. Louis photographer reported he and others heard police chant whose streets, our streets after making some arrests. A hundred cell phones recording every thing that happens, and no evidence of this "chant"? I'm more than a bit skeptical of the report.

When (and if) they chanted that, they certainly did it on my behalf too.
Excellent!

Let's see now...the soetoro Dept of Just Us couldn't manufacture an unjustified shooting out of this legitimate use of force but it doesn't come out until now.
They've now got their bloomers in a bunch because the police are using their chant?
Do they have a copyright?
Black motorist? Really?
That's like calling John Dillinger a bank customer.

The “police” belong to the people. The people paid for their training, paid for their equipment, pay for their retirements and the support of their families. We OWN them. Any threat upon them should met with unrestrained, brute force. Period.

I monitored the post official-march live stream until RiotWatch went off air. Yes, the officers did give a u-rah and a ‘who’s streets’ but the only instance I heard of that police chanting was after the last of the 20-some odd diehard protestors had been surrounded and zipped and were in the vans on the way to the slammer. The cops were lining up to get on their bus, and it was a simple one-liner. The only people left on the street were a few lookie-loos and a dozen press or so. Sometime after 1am.
I’ll give it to them. They worked their butts off these past 3 nites, and they’ll probably be out there tonite, too.
