The newest lawyer to join Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into possible Trump campaign team collusion with Russia gained notoriety for her conduct in defending former President Obama's immigration orders, Politico reported Saturday.
Besides her work for Obama, Kyle Freeny, now the 16th member of Mueller’s legal team, Federal Election Commission records show she donated in each of the past three presidential elections to Democratic nominees, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.
Freeny and her colleagues came under judicial fire while defending a lawsuit in which Texas and 25 other states contested Obama’s executive order in 2014 on immigration. The federal judge hearing the case, U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen, blasted Freeny and her colleagues for misleading him when the litigation began by indicating that none of the changes Obama had ordered had taken effect. In actuality, one major change, to issue longer work permits, had already begun.

Thirty years ago....you wouldn’t have all these tracking mechanism about donors and such. Once you go into court and attempt to present any evidence....the problem of you as the prosecution guy being a Clinton-donor will come up and the jury will either vote down the verdict or make this a hung-jury. Mueller in the end....will have tens of thousands of man-hours invested into something with no real outcome.
The sad and bad part is that all this crap, kept alive by a bunch of self important and dumb lawyers comes at taxpayers expense.
Sessions needs to resign. Right now.

16 lawyers. 20 lawyers. 100 lawyers. No matter how many layers they pad the payroll with it won’t make evidence of a crime appear where there is none.
At this point, I think this entire charade with its repetitive announcement of yet-another-Clinton-Obaba crony lawyer being added to the team is a crude attempt by Mueller to provoke Trump into firing him. This would enable the MSM to go into full Watergate mode; reliving their glory days from the 1970s when they got to destroy a Republican president.
By ignoring Mueller, Mueller then has nothing as there is no crime. His desperate plan is to provoke his own firing. That, and of course biking the government, and the taxpayers, for million of dollars for this snipe hunt.
The fact that Comey has been portrayed as Mueller’s protégée speaks volumes. Comey has been shown to be a corrupt and partisan player who violated the law even as he held the position of FBI director. Like son, like father. Mueller is corrupt too.
Sadly Trump is fully invested in the swamp. Purged conservatives from around him, listens to his daughter and son-in-law, failed to stop DACA on “day on”..as he promised. I no longer expect anything good to happen. We are no longer a free people

Trump needs to make it clear that if nothing is found, Mueller, the GOP, and the DNC will be personally responsible for the legal fees accrued.
Well the one thing that Dems can’t say when Mueller claims no evidence, is that his team was biased for Trump.
We haven't been free for many years, not being in jail is not the same as being free.
