Like her husband, Michelle Obama must wait until the results are in to find out whether she has another four years in Washington or gets to leave the White House and reclaim her life.
It’s hard to say which option she’d prefer because if the last four years have been tough for Barack Obama, they haven’t exactly been a cakewalk for the first lady. But whatever the outcome of today’s election the next four years will be easier for her. In either case they could be very different.
Michelle Obama has never hidden her ambivalence about moving from Chicago to Washington. Even in this year’s speech to the DNC she brought it up.
“Our life before moving to Washington was filled with simple joys,” she said. “Saturdays at soccer games, Sundays at grandma’s house, and a date night for Barack and me with either dinner or a movie because as an exhausted mom, I couldn’t stay awake for both. … And the truth is, I loved the life we had built for our girls.”
I agree with her!!!!! Let the investigation begin.
Hastings is a former Federal Judge that got removed for bribery.
Unfortunately, Congress failed to include the "can't run for Federal office" clause in the removal bill.
Somebody pointed out to Pelosi that Hastings would have access to info that he could sell on the cheap, depriving the DNC/Clintons of potential revenue.
I can’t speak for all states, but I did a personal inspection on the Georgia voting machines. Electronic, but standalone, not so much as an ethernet port. The only thing they shared was a power cable.

Sure Michelle, no one beleives that. I know DC and believe me, no one gives up power because they want a simple life. ~Not the power, not the enormous perks, not the minions falling all over themselves to serve them.
The pols are treated like rock stars wherever they go. I’ve had the good fortune to be with one of them (who shall be nameless), and it is a heady experience having the “lowly” fall all over themselves to be of service to them.”
It is no wonder they “elite” lose touch with everyone else. The gods of Rome were never treated as well.
Thank heavens they can’t condemn people to the arenas.
