Stop with the Amish comments! They don’t deserve it. They’re good people. I used to drive and work with Amish carpenters,
“... I used to drive and work with Amish...”
You drove to work in a buggy?! Did it have one of those cool orange triangles?! :)
A joke: Informal a. Something not to be taken seriously; a triviality.
They are very good people! Which is why everyone understands that there is no way in tarnation, that the Amish did it. Can you imagine the buggy ride to Europe.
I think that we know the “Amish” post is sarcastic.
“Stop with the Amish comments! They dont deserve it. Theyre good people. I used to drive and work with Amish carpenters,”
I hear you. Some of my best friends are Amish.
Here on FR we understand, accept and welcome sarcasm. We recognize sarcasm as one of the most effective methods of comment and criticism, particularly when discussing stories about the medieval knuckledraggers who follow the Religion of Pieces.
That goes for comments about the Amish...and about Norwegians as well (Norwegians being the race/nationality I tend to mention).
Lighten up!
