HA-HA!....................
English translation: Fiat law issued by the lower court has gotten a temporary injunction?
Wheels up in 10 we can only hope.
This is pretty funny. The SCOTUS has a reputation to protect. They have to at least appear to work with the Constitution. And this frivolous crap being upheld by lower courts is destroying their credibility - even more than it already was.
At some point they are just going to have to tell the 9th Circus to stop issuing rulings on Administration policies. They have lost their Judge Card.
A ruling on the date of 9/11, meant to be listened to by the lower courts.
Nine Circus bitch-slapped by SCOTUS.
They just get reversed often.
From The Hill:
The Supreme Court granted the Trump administration’s request Monday to temporarily lift restrictions on the president’s travel ban.
In a one-page order signed by Justice Anthony Kennedy, the court temporarily blocked the part of last week’s 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that barred the government from prohibiting refugees that have formal assurances from resettlement agencies or are in the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program from entering the U.S.
Kennedy said that part of the decision is stayed pending the receipt of a response from the state of Hawaii, which is due by noon on Tuesday, Sept. 12.

I’m not seeing this at the link. Good news if true.

Trump administration returns to the Supreme Court, gets temporary stay on travel ban refugee ruling
Your link is bad.
“WASHINGTON (AP) The Trump administration is back at the Supreme Court, asking the justices to continue to allow strict enforcement of a temporary ban on refugees from around the world....
...Justice Anthony Kennedy issued a brief order Monday that will keep the ruling on hold for the time being, at least until the ban’s challengers submit written arguments by midday Tuesday and the full court has a chance to act.”

I love how they word the title such that you're not really sure if this is a positive or negative for the Trump administration.
