The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday rejected the Trump administration's limited view of who is allowed into the country under its revised travel ban.
A three-judge panel decided that grandparents, cousins and similarly close extended family relationships of people in the U.S. shouldn't be prevented from coming to the country. The court also said refugees already accepted by a resettlement agency shouldn't be banned. The appeals court decision upholds a decision from a district court judge in Hawaii, who said the administration's view was too narrow. The decision impacts the revised travel ban, which temporarily suspends new visas and travel for people coming from the Muslim-dominated countries of Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen.

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, based in San Francisco, routinely is the most overturned court in the U.S. In 2012, the Supreme Court reversed 86 percent of the rulings it reviewed from the ninth.Perhaps the most controversial decision was striking down the Pledge of Allegiance due to the phrase “under God.” It also ruled citizens have no constitutional right to own guns and is often over-ruled when showing its disdain for capital punishment.
Critics deride the court, calling it the “Ninth Circus” and the “Nutty Ninth.”

Then a hurricane of calls, 24/7 protests outside their homes, and harassment, everywhere they go.
Further, the 9th Circuit decided that due to a compelling need for efficiency and rapidly evolving standards of “Justice!”, it must dictate whatever else might be considered Presidential decision making in the future, and appointed a Judicial Junta to administer this on a day by day basis. /sarcasm
Ignore them, and enforce it anyway.
Let THEM try to enforce their decision.

The judiciary has done more to advance the leftist/communist/socialist cause than the executive and legislative branches combined.
Judges run the country by personal opinion. First, they decide what their opinion is. Then they twist any law they can think of to make it fit their opinion. Then they announced to the public that they have made an insightful, astounding ruling based on the law. Above All Else, we must as a country someday admit that judges are political and should be treated as political. They are not some neutral arbiter of the written law. That is a farce
Our current court jesters, I mean judges, are weighing their “feelings” about the “spoken words” of the signers of legislation, instead of the actual written legislation!
If that isn’t a farce and doesn’t PROOF that our judicial system is a complete SHAM, then I don’t know what will!!
