I agree with you. As long as these DACA members are otherwise “citizens in good standing” and are not a drain on public resources(no welfare, no prison) I cannot in good conscience see spending more tax money removing potential good citizens.
But it would be conditional upon getting the border secured and a limit on future immigration until such time the current generation of immigrates have been “Americanized”

If this poll was reality Congress would have already passed the DREAM act years ago, there would have been no DACA, they would have gotten all they were asking for. Congress has not passed DREAM or made DACA law even when Dems were in charge of it all, that can only be due to their own polls that show people do not support it.

Illegal entry is a crime. Fraudulent use of a Social Security Number is a crime. Overstaying a visa is a crime.
Correct me if I'm wrong but unlike Reagan's 1986 blanket amnesty, the DACA group covers only those who were brought in as children and many didn't know(or did) their parents were illegals. Now if they knew and did these things you suggest then I agree they need not apply and should be deported on the next bus out of the country.

Illegal entry is a crime. Of course. I was talking about "dreamers" supposedly brought in by their parents when minors. The premise is that they didn't commit the crime, their parents did. But any other crime should make then ineligible to remain here.
