I know rape is a crime of violence, not of desire, but in this case I’d think that a man threatening violence on another man would go straight to the death threat.

Who wants to rape a transsexual? The four Africans who raped/beat that Polish couple at the Rimini beach a few days ago come to mind. Reports state they went on to rape a tranny. Go figure.
