Wow, that photo gives me chills. St Martin is (was) so beautiful, but now it looks like it took a direct hit from an atomic bomb. Looks like all of the trees were just shredded and the hillsides are now bare.
So sad. My wife and I spent part of our honeymoon there in 2006.

Bad for St. Marteen, but it looks like no twister speed wind damage. Rockport Texas had areas flattened by twister or down draft damage.
