Comey lied under oath about this to Congress...so he should be facing perjury charges.
Of course the media doesn't want the public to know about this. They have to protect Comey because Trump fired him, and Mueller may try to turn that into an "obstruction of justice" charge for Paul Ryan to use to start impeachment proceedings.
