There is not going to be a shooting war in or about North Korea. Trump is imposing a deal on China that China won’t be able to refuse. It is a little slower than a couple of nukes on the Nork DMZ artillery would be but not so messy.

Nice idea but the lumbering prop-drive MC-130E to deliver it would be shot down before it crossed the border. Air superiority would have to achieved first, right after all NK’s arty was destroyed, and after millions in Soul were blown up by said arty.
