E.g., investigating to prove Jewish complicity in Arafat’s death; or find collusion of Trump with Russians.
So, essentially, Comey re-wrote part of Article II of the Constitution, and where it says the President has the power to pardon, he effectively crossed that out, and put his name in there, at least for this Cankles case.

Will we EVER see ANYONE charged with a crime? I have gone from angry to sad as in a stage of grief because I thought Trump and Sessions were going to get justice done for Americans.

Seems to me that Comey owes the taxpayers a lot of money... because he and his investigators for darn sure got paid for all their time wasted on the case after he had already decided the outcome.
The last sentence is the most damning. Lynch had not yet offered her non-recusal recusal, so why would Comey be preparing any statement — especially back in May? This is not Russia-related so where is Sessions on this? Trump now has the power to use the DOJ to conduct investigations on behalf of the public interest. If he wants to, he can go over and grab the files on the email scandal, the Benghazi scandal and even on the dossier the FBI seemed so enamored with, and declassify all of them. He can then read them all aloud at a rally if he wants to after that. I understand there is decorum and the press would attack him for this but does anyone believe his Democrat and Rino opponents wouldn’t and haven’t already done the same to him?
So should all the others at the FBI who saw this criminal activity going on and did or said nothing about it. The whole bunch of them are corrupt as heck.

That picture is so accurate and so sad. We really have come to the stage that laws are for little people. Sessions will follow a few shiny objects like the war on weed, but he will not turn the DOJ to real investigations that threaten the Uniparty/deep state.
This broke early enough in the day that FoxNews had a couple minutes of reportage on the Bret Bair news hour.
I just checked, nary a mention of this Comey duplicity reveal on DrudgeReport.

This is definitely in the realm of Captain Obvious BUT it's nice to get some documents that show it for sure.
