Just looked in for the first time since posting this thread. You are correct Colleen, it is a parody account and I missed it completely. I should have looked closer.

It’s really hard bc there are so many parody accounts out there and oddly, the real Julian Assange twitter account isn’t verified with the blue check. I double check on his by accessing the wikileaks twitter account just to be sure - there are several JA accounts that look real.
