Strange logic you've got going on there. If Russia selling to them is bad, how is us selling to them good?

Do you seriously not realize that they're referring to different Latin American countries. That we are selling to our ALLIES, not our enemies (Russia's allies).

At the moment we have one ally in Latin America - Costa Rica and they don't buy much in the way of military equipment from us or Russia. Can you name any other ally we have down there?
