The woman walked to her home, called police and told her 21-year-old son what happened, police said. The two then walked back to where the man stood. The son took a photo of the man with his cellphone.

Maybe someone from this area knows for sure. I’ve never heard the term “Brooklyn Center neighborhood”. If it’s W29th, the area really is that crazy, with a whole lot of ethnicity rubbing elbows.
